Elite 12 Lacrosse Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable for ANY reason if YOU need to cancel. However, all registrants are encouraged to purchase, at the time of registration, “Cancellation Insurance” – as an in-cart option – to protect their investment from unforeseen circumstances. NO refunds will be given for any reason if registrations are not insured. It is highly recommended that you purchase “Cancellation Insurance” at the time of registration.
Cancellation Insurance Policy
For some of our events, Cancellation Insurance is offered for an additional fee at the time of purchase. This allows you to receive a full refund if you need to cancel for any reason.
7+ Days Prior to Event Start Date = Full Event Refund
Less than 7 Days to Event Start Date = Pro-Rated Refund
As we work through each municipality’s health requirement and NCAA rules; we will not cancel an event but hold the right to move location and/or date as necessary so that we may provide the same high level event experience.
We realize that these changes will not work for all participants.
- Cancelations due to Rescheduling, will receive 95% of the paid camp fee.
For those who purchase Cancellation Insurance: we will refund you the greater amount between 95% OR your camp fee, minus cancellation insurance.
- Transferring due to Rescheduling, there is no additional charge to move to an available event.
- Camp Credit due to Rescheduling, there is no additional charge hold camp credit for a future event.
When registering for our events you will be prompted to acknowledge this policy via Electronic waiver. If you pay via Check or other means this policy link is at the bottom of every web page and serves as notice for all our events.
Refunds take 7 business days to be applied via our registration company.
Elite 12 Lacrosse reserves the right to terminate your registration without a refund, for cause.
