Refund, Cancellation, Acts of God, Weather, Staffing Policies

When registering for our events you will be prompted to acknowledge this policy via Electronic waiver. If you pay via Check or other means this policy link is at the bottom of every web page and serves as notice for all our events.

REFUND POLICY
All fees are non-refundable for ANY reason if YOU need to cancel. However, all registrants are encouraged to purchase, at the time of registration, “Cancellation Insurance” – as an in-cart option – to protect their investment from unforeseen circumstances. NO refunds will be given for any reason if registrations are not insured. It is highly recommended that you purchase “Cancellation Insurance” at the time of registration.

CANCELATION UNSURANCE POLICY
For some of our events, Cancellation Insurance is offered for an additional fee at the time of purchase. This allows you to receive a full refund if you need to cancel for any reason.
7+ Days Prior to Event Start Date = Full Event Refund
Less than 7 Days to Event Start Date = Pro-Rated Refund​

PRIOR TO EVENT, ACT OF GOD
Extraordinary events outside of our control may occur, including acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), acts of war, or global health emergencies. Such circumstances may require an event to be rescheduled to a future date or moved to a new location.

In these cases, the following options may be offered:
- Attendance at the relocated event location.
- Attendance at the rescheduled date.
- Transfer to another event.
- Camp credit.

ON SITE WEATHER POLICY
We monitor the weather very closely for each camp. In case of lightning, all play on fields must be stopped and players, coaches, and spectators, must clear the playing surface and head to the parking lot at minimum. Camp will only be allowed to resume after 30 minutes have passed since the last lightning strike in the 10-mile radius. 

We work with our facility hosts on alternative indoor options to maximize our time with athletes; adjusting drills, games and hosting college recruiting talks as possible. We do not offer refunds to weather related issues. 

COACHING STAFF CHANGES
All coaches and universities listed as “confirmed” have been verified directly by the institution’s staff. Please note that staffing is subject to change based on each university’s travel, team, and recruiting schedules; these coaches are private contractors. These changes are outside of our control, however, we are committed to providing athletes with top quality coaching and will make every effort to replace staff cancellations with comparable universities and/or coaches.​

Elite 12 Lacrosse reserves the right to terminate your registration without a refund, for cause.
